Your 2019 Hamilton Park Summer League Champions: 1 Patrick School! Congratulations to 1 Patrick School for becoming the 2019 Hamilton Park Summer League Champions. After waiting an entire week to conclude the 17th season of the Hamilton Park Summer League, we were able to witness an exciting Championship Game between 6 Gill St. Bernard’s and 1 Patrick School. From start to finish, both teams gave it everything they had on the court, but 1 Patrick School sealed the victory with a score of 59-58.
